Machine States
We currently set machine state templates identifying different states, like production or maintenance, or setup. We are building in new tools to be able to automatically switch between the different templates.
Scrap
We are currently planning to be able to add scrap into our interface just like entering reasons, so accurate OEE information is calculated. Run time, idle time, and even the number of scrap pieces can all be shared with an ERP system to calculate OEE.
